Advice for Trail Runners: The Nike Men's Zegama Trail Running Shoes help you to take on uncompromising terrain. Developed to provide great cushioning and grip. The Zegama delivers comfort and traction for tough underfoot conditions.

Underfoot Feel

Nike's ZoomX foam has been included in the Zegama's midsole. ZoomX foam is very light and returns a lot of energy. As a material, it has been a key part of many of Nike's most successful road racing shoes. It's inclusion in the Zegama, coupled with high stack heights in the midsole, means that you should experience high levels of cushioning and energy return.

Wide spacing exists between the deep lugs on the outsole. This provides significant grip.

Upper Fit

Engineered mesh - which has better strength and flexibility than regular mesh - delivers breathability and support for your feet.

There are overlays across the toe area for added durability.

The ankle gaiter is very soft and hardly noticeable. Its purpose is to keep debris out of your shoes.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike Men's Zegama Trail Running Shoes are for long runs on challenging trails. They can be used for training and racing.

Technical Features

  • Approximate weight: 318 grams (based on a men's US size 10)
  • Drop: 4mm

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
