Advice for Road Runners: Perform at your best with the adidas Men's Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes. Built with comfort and propulsion in mind, they're a great choice for half marathon and marathon racing.
We think the Core Black/Zero Met./Spark colourway is one of the coolest to date.
Underfoot Feel
It should feel easier to maintain your half marathon and marathon pace in the adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes.
First of all, two layers of LIGHTSTRIKE PRO - adidas' most resilient foam - offer amazing protection and energy return. Next, carbon-infused ENERGYRODS limit energy loss and aid forward momentum.
This midsole construction should help improve your running economy and keep your legs feeling fresher for longer. It's likely that your feet will feel very protected - as if they're being rolled forward.
Continental™ rubber on the outsole feels very grippy and improves traction around corners - especially in wet conditions.
Upper Fit
The adidas Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes' upper feels exceptionally light and breathable. At the same time, your feet should feel supported in the areas it's needed most, such as the heel collar - where internal pods hold your ankle in place.
Ideal Run Type
The hardest part of running your target time in a half marathon or marathon is sustaining your pace for the distance. With this in mind, we recommend choosing the adidas Men's Adizero Adios Pro 3 Running Shoes to overcome the challenge. This is because the sole purpose of these running shoes is to make it easier to run at a specific intensity over longer distances.
It's a good idea to do some key training sessions in them ahead of your event. This ensures you'll feel as comfortable as possible on race day.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
